How do I view and manage my organization's Billing Information?

You can review and manage your account's billing information directly from your Donor Management platform - follow the steps below!

Step 1: Navigate to your Dashboard

From your Dashboard, click 'Settings' on the left navigation bar, and select 'Billing Info' from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Review and manage your Billing Info

On the 'Billing Info' page, you can view and manage general information such as:

  • who from your organization purchased the software

  • who from your organization receives invoices from us

  • the credit card number we have on file for the account

You can also see what specific products your subscription includes, as well as:

  • when the subscription started

  • when the current term of the subscription began

  • when the subscription is scheduled to renew

  • what "contact tier" your organization is currently listed at

  • how many contacts are included within your system

Finally, you can review any recent payments, check their status, and download the associated invoices for those payments from this page as well.
