  1.  Send us an in-app message. Click the blue dot in the bottom right corner of the donor management system to send us a question using the in-app messenger. This is the best way to get in touch with support! Click "New conversation" or start a new message with us or "See previous" to review past conversations with the support team. We will reply within 1-2 business hours

  2. Sign up for virtual training. We have pre-recorded and live sessions to help you get started with your software or do in-depth on specific features

  3. Attend Office Hours. Have a complicated question about your Network for Good software? Sign up for a daily office hours session to get answers and hear from other customers in a group support setting.
