Contacting Customer Support


Our Support team is available weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8 AM-7 PM EST to answer any questions!


Chat with us!

Log into your user account and send us an in-app message.

Click the blue dot in the bottom right corner of Donor Management (or Fundraising Pages!) to send us a question using the in-app messaging tool. This is the quickest way to get in touch with support, with members of the team typically replying within the hour.

Sign up for one of our virtual trainings

We have pre-recorded and live sessions to help you get started with your software or do in-depth on specific features, and we always leave time for Q&A at the end of each session.
