Improved Management of Recurring Donations in Fundraising Pages

Managing your donor's recurring donations just got even easier! Now, in Fundraising Pages, Supervisor-level admins can replace a donor's credit card, edit the recurring donation's amount, stop the recurring donation, and restart the donation (so long as a valid payment method is present).

Admin Access to Update Bonterra Payments Account Information Now Available

Supervisor-level admins who have completed the Bonterra Payments onboarding process now have the ability to update the required bank account information.

This means that if your organization changes banks or begins using a different account, those admins can easily make those changes and minimize any chance of missing an upcoming donation payout.

Admins will be able to access this by clicking on the "Settings" tab in Fundraising Pages, then selecting "Payment Profile" from the drop down menu. Once the page reloads, you can click on the blue "Actions" button in the top-right corner, and selecting "Stripe Account Update" from the dropdown options.
