Final Two Year-End Engagement Plans Are Available!

We’ve launched the final two year-end Engagement Plans within Donor Management, to help you best prepare for your upcoming year-end fundraising endeavors. This third plan is focused on how to speak with your contacts about giving throughout the Giving Season, and will be available from December 11th – December 14th. The fourth and final plan is focused on a final year-end “push,” and will be available from December 15th – December 31st.

These plans should automatically be available within your Donor Management System when you log in. Please note that you need to have at least 25 e-mailable contacts in your system for the plan to appear – and that there are two separate plans available (for Donors and Non-Donors) to best accommodate your organization’s specific needs.

More Consistency in Payment Processing for Your Donors

We’ve added some improvements in order to provide some more consistency in what payment gateway your donations are processed on, for those customers who may have switched to one of our alternate payment processors (such as WePay or Stripe).

Your recurring donors will continue to have their donations processed through your original payment processor – until it’s time for them to update or change their card information. At that point, the recurring donation will then “switch” to processing through your new payment processor.
