Tribute gifts can be categorized and identified easily using Network for Good, making it easy to recognize and manage reporting on tribute gifts made in honor or memory of a specific individual or group.
Note: Donors who make a tribute gift will automatically be added to 'Donor Management' as a contact (if they are not already one) - but, the honoree will not. You can add the honoree's (or the point of contact receiving notifications on their behalf) information as a new contact record using the instructions in this article.
Step 1: Navigate to your 'Giving' page
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click the 'Giving' tab on the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Create a custom filter
Click the 'Create Filter' button to set conditions for pulling a list of all tribute gifts.
Note: You can add other conditions to your filter to narrow down the results further, such as including tributes within a specific calendar year or campaign.
Step 3: Set conditions for your custom filter
Under 'Create a Custom Filter' select 'Has tribute' and 'is true' from the drop-down lists.
When you are finished, click the 'Save Filter' button to easily locate it under your 'Saved Filters' to use anytime!
