If you ever need to edit or update a pledge on behalf of a donor, you can do so directly from the 'Pledge Details' page - just follow the steps below!
Step 1: Navigate to 'Pledges'
From your 'Donor Management' Dashboard, click the 'Giving' tab on the left navigation panel and then click 'Pledges' in the drop-down list.
Step 2: Search for the pledge you want to edit
Search by the donor's name or e-mail address to locate the pledge you want to edit.
Step 3: Click to edit the pledge
Once you have located the pledge, click the 'Edit' button (not the drop-down arrow attached to it) in the upper right corner of the page.
Step 4: Edit the pledge details
On the 'Edit Pledge' page, you can scroll through and edit any incorrect or outdated information in any section.
Step 5: Save your updates
When you are finished making your updates, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the 'Update & Save' button.
Note: If you made any changes to the pledge that might impact the payment schedule, we recommend regenerating the installments after making those edits. You can do this by clicking the green drop-down arrow attached to the 'Edit' button and selecting 'Regenerate Installments' from the available options.
You can also send a reminder e-mail to a donor from this drop-down list if they need a little nudge!
