Overview – your main page after logging in
After logging in, you will now be automatically directed to the Overview module.
This module provides a quick summary of all key information:
Your alerts – notifications of new items from your Monitoring topics,
Your newsletters – a summary of regular updates you have received,
Your topics in the last 24 hours – new items from your monitored topics,
What’s happening – the most important events summarised in one place.
👉 The content of the Overview is currently fixed. In the future, it will be possible to personalise it.
How to access the News Feed (Monitoring/Archive)
The module where you can find your monitoring and archive is called Messages. You can find it in the left panel of the application.
Within the Messages module, there is a Message Database section, where you can:
Search messages from your Monitoring (your tracked topics).
Search in the Media Archive (all unfiltered data available in your project).
👉 Depending on your project settings, you may have access to Monitoring, the Media Archive, or both sections.
👉 Switching between Monitoring and the Media Archive is done via the left menu in the Message Database section.

Changes in application navigation
To improve clarity and simplify your work, we have reorganised the main modules.
In the new left-hand panel, you will find:
Overview – your main page with key information,
News Feed – a database of items from Monitoring and Media Archive,
Dashboard – analytics and summaries,
Mediabase – access to media contacts and titles,
Automatic Transcripts – audio and video transcription powered by Beey,
PR Studio – distributing press releases and tracking their analytics.
Functions such as Rules, Alerts, Newsletters, and Exports remain available in the top menu of the application.
👉 The new layout simplifies navigation and provides room for further development of the application.
