Freeform Text: enables your guests to enter text, with no character limits.

Short Text: enables your guests to enter text, with a character limit.

Multiselect Dropdown: enables you to create multiple dropdown options where your guests can select one or more.

Dropdown: enables you to create dropdown options where your guests can select only one.

Telephone: this enables you to create phone number entry fields, if you need to collect additional numbers from your guests.

Email Address: this enables you to create email address fields to collect from your guests.

Number Input: this enables you to create a field formatted to collect numeric responses from your guests.

Date: enables you to create a field formatted to select a calendar date - this could be for any number of purposes, including collecting Date of Birth (DoB)

  • Age Limit (Years): If this field is intended to apply an age restriction, you can specify an age limit or leave blank for no limit.

    • Your customers will see that they "Must be older than 21" when entering their DoB.

Time Input: enables you to create a field formatted to select a time.

Queue Assignment: enables you to create dropdown options where your guests can select only one - each option is programmable to correlate with one of your existing Queues.

  • An example use case of the queue assignment custom field type is when restaurants need to create a 'Party Size' queue assignment custom field - when 'party of 1' is selected and added to the waitlist, the guest would be automatically assigned to the '1-2 Top' queue, and a 'Party of 2' can also be assigned to the '1-2 Top' queue.
