What to Do If It Doesn't Work

If you have tried all three steps and the problem continues, check the following before contacting support:

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable. See Network Requirements for what NextMe needs.

  • Make sure your app or browser is updated to the latest version.

  • Try a different browser (for web app) or a different device to rule out a device-specific issue.

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team with your device type, OS version, and any error messages you have seen.

FAQ

  1. What is the difference between refreshing and clearing cache?

Refreshing reloads the current page or screen and pulls in the latest data. Clearing cache removes stored files that your browser or app has saved to speed things up - sometimes these files become outdated or corrupted and cause display or loading issues. If a refresh doesn't fix the problem, clearing cache is the next step.

  2. Will clearing cache log me out of NextMe?

It might. Clearing your browser cache can clear saved session data, which may require you to sign back in. On iOS, deleting and reinstalling the app will also require you to log in again. Your waitlist data and account settings are stored on NextMe's servers and will not be affected.

  3. My waitlist is showing old data - what should I do?

Start with a simple refresh - swipe down on the mobile app or press Ctrl + R / Command + R in your browser. If the data is still stale, try restarting the app or browser. This is usually caused by a temporary sync delay and resolves quickly.

  4. These steps didn't fix my issue - what's next?

Try switching to a different browser or device to see if the issue is specific to your current setup. If the problem persists across devices, contact our support team with details about your device, OS version, and what you are seeing. We'll take it from there.
