The Waitlist page is where you'll likely spend most of your time. On this page you can add guests, notify them, update their information and status, view historical guests, filter, search, and much more. Let's dive in.
Adding a Guest
Tap the + Add Guest button to open the guest intake form.
Fill out the form with the guest's information:
Phone - Adding a guest’s phone number is optional but highly recommended. If a guest does not wish to leave their number, you can still add them to the waitlist but will then need to notify them in-person. ✨ If a guest is a repeat visitor, the form will auto-populate with their previous information! ✨
Name* - It's best practice to include both a first name and either last name or last initial to avoid confusing multiple guests with the same first name.
Queue - Select the service the guest is waiting for. Read more about Queues.
Estimated Wait Time - How long you expect the guest to wait. Depending on your settings, we may offer suggested wait times based on our Smart Wait Times, which you can choose to either use or disregard.
Custom Fields - Your waitlist may have additional intake fields. Read more about Custom Fields.
Notes - You can optionally add some free form notes in the field provided for information that isn't captured elsewhere.
Click the Create button to add the guest to the waitlist.
