2023 has been an incredible year! We appreciate all the feedback we received from customers about what you’d like to see, and we’re excited that we were able to release so many new features this past year to address your requests.

Our commitment to you is to continually enhance your experience with Nimble and to ultimately help you hire high quality talent faster!

  • You can now adjust questions associated with question sets on all job listings at once. In addition, you can also reorder or delete entire question sets with one click.

  • Now, you can proactively pursue potential candidates through our new Educator Talent Marketplace, where Nimble shares a real-time directory of job seekers who are open to work near you. We launched this product in Indiana this year and are expanding to more states this spring. Keep an eye out for updates on when this new product is coming to your state!

  • Nimble can help you automatically categorize and quickly screen candidates based on their answers to application questions. In our beta test, customers said this feature saved five minutes of screening time per candidate!

  • Nimble now supports the ability to embed your job board within your careers page! Candidates can view a list of your up-to-date openings directly on your website and then click to apply within Nimble.

Upgraded text editor

  • The new text editor lets you highlight and change text and color for your postings' job description and benefits sections. You can also indent and add emojis — simply copy an emoji from another document and paste it into the job description text in Nimble.

One-click sign-on with Microsoft Azure

  • Nimble now has single sign-on with Azure, meaning if your organization uses Microsoft Azure, your users can simply click the “Sign in with Azure AD” button to log in.

  • New to our Onboarding module by popular request: creating and sending multiple forms with packets. Instead of individually selecting the correct forms to send, you can group forms into packets and send with one click! This also ensures that each candidate receives the correct set of forms specific to their role.

  • Users of our Onboarding module can now have more control over custom profile fields. Add data validation (e.g., pick a date from a calendar, select one item from a drop-down list) and also more easily reorder how the fields appear on the candidate profile.

We are thankful for your support this year, and we are excited to see what 2024 has in store!
