A subscription to nkoda is £9.99/month or £99.99/year, with an initial 7-day free trial that can be cancelled at any time. You can choose the option that suits you when you first sign up. If you have not cancelled at the end of your 7-day trial, you will automatically begin a subscription with us.

You will receive a receipt for your subscription from either Stripe (if you made your subscription online at app.nkoda.com) or through a third party application store, e.g. the Apple Store.

It is important to note that, at the end of the relevant subscription period, your subscription for the App will automatically renew for an equivalent period (and continue to do so), unless you alter your subscription renewal settings in accordance with the instructions to be found on the relevant third party application store, or you cancel your subscription through the app.

If you have not received a receipt for your subscription made online via Stripe, please contact support@nkoda.com. If your subscription was made through the Apple, Microsoft or Google Stores, please get in contact with their support team to request a receipt.
