Data Storage and Account Deletion

How we store your data, library and markings, and how to delete your account

Updated over a week ago

Can I re-access my account if I've cancelled my subscription? What happens to my library and markings?

Yes, you can re-access your account if you've cancelled your subscription.

To re-access your account, you can log in on the nkoda app. To view and open scores you will need to be subscribed again. Your data will be stored for seven years, so if you decide to come back, all your markings and playlists will still be available.

How do I delete my account?

Deleting your account is different to cancelling your subscription. To avoid being charged you must cancel your subscription via your app store or within the app before the next billing cycle and before deleting your account.

To delete your account:

  1. Log into app.nkoda.com

  2. Select your profile icon and name, and select 'Account'.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the side panel and select 'Delete my account'

  4. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm deletion.

Your account will then be deleted within 48 hours, unless you select 'Cancel delete request', in which case the request will be cancelled.
