How do I change my account details?
Log into nkoda through app.nkoda.com
Tap on your profile icon at the top of the page, and then select 'Account'
In this panel, you can change your profile name, picture, and description - select 'Save' to save your changes
Further down the panel is the 'My Subscription' section. Here, you can check whether your subscription is active or expired, see when your next billing date is, manage your payment method, and cancel your subscription. At the bottom of the account panel, you’ll find the option to permanently delete your account.
How do I change my email address?
If you would like to change the email address associated with your account, create a new account with your desired email address here, and then email support@nkoda.com to request a transfer of your subscription and library to your new account.
How do I change my password?
On the login page, select ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts. You’ll be sent an email with a link to change your password.
