Once you’ve completed your registration, you’ll be redirected to your Nobex Partners dashboard! Here, you'll find several sections in the left menu:

  • Workshop: This is the heart of your app, where you can implement all the content that will be available to your future users.

  • Interact: This set of features helps you communicate with your listeners and receive feedback from them.

  • Distribute: Manage all your App Store and Google Play integrations from this section.

  • Reports: This core database provides any statistics we collect from your app and users' experiences.

  • System Status: Understand if there are ongoing issues being resolved or if you’ve encountered something unusual that requires contacting us.

  • Account: Manage your subscription, billing details, and give dashboard access to your colleagues.

Check out the next chapters for an in-depth dive into each of these sections.

On your dashboard homepage, you can observe anything that happens live with your mobile app:

Yesterday Stats

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find recent statistics on streaming sessions, listening hours, and app downloads from the previous day. These three key metrics will help you gauge your app's performance once it's live. By monitoring these stats, you'll know when it's a good opportunity to promote your app to attract more listeners.

Recent Activity Stats

Below, you'll find real-time data on how many listeners are currently using your app. You'll see the number of active listeners, a list of the latest songs or shows your station has aired, and the number of listeners who tuned in for each. Additionally, there's an activity map showing your active listeners' geolocation and which app version they’re using — iOS or Android.

Pro-Tip

These metrics are invaluable for understanding your audience's preferences. They help you make data-driven improvements to your radio content and allow for real-time tweaks, such as mentioning the regions where your listeners are tuning in from or adjusting your playlist if certain songs aren't performing well.
