Plans change before you've even moved in, and that's fine. Cancel at least 45 days before your check-in date and you get your booking fee back in full.
What's the booking fee?
For Fixed Stay bookings, your booking fee is your first invoice, charged when you book. It's worked out the same way as any other invoice: your daily rate times the nights it covers, based on your check-in date and where that falls in the calendar month.
Cancelling 45 days or more before check-in
You're entitled to a full refund of your booking fee. Just send us written notice.
Example: Your check-in date is 1.7. You cancel on 10.5, more than 45 days out. You get your full booking fee back.
Cancelling less than 45 days before check-in
Your booking fee isn't refunded. We keep an amount equal to 28 nights at your daily rate.
If your first invoice covered more than 28 nights, you get the difference back.
Example: Your check-in date is 1.7. Your booking fee, paid as your first invoice, covers 1.7–1.8, 31 nights at your daily rate. You cancel on 20.6, 11 days before check-in. We keep 28 nights' worth of that fee and refund you the remaining 3 nights.
How your refund is paid
Refunds go back to the same payment method you used to pay. We can't send a refund to a different account or card, this applies whether it's a full or partial refund.
