Want more time in your studio? You can ask to extend your Fixed Stay booking, and there's no limit on how many times you can ask, as long as your total stay (original booking plus any extensions) stays under 360 nights.
How pricing works for the extra nights
Your original daily rate was locked in at the price level when you signed your contract. The extended nights are priced at whatever rate is in force at the start of the extension, not your original rate. That rate could be higher or lower than what you're paying now.
Example: You booked 90 nights starting 1.3, ending 30.5, at 35€/night. In April, partway through your stay, you ask to extend by 60 nights. Those 60 extra nights are priced at the rate in force in April, say 38€/night, not your original 35€. Your existing 90 nights stay at 35€.
Can I extend with just a few nights?
Yes. One night is a minimum length for an extension. Availability and current rates apply the same way regardless of how many nights you add.
Extensions depend on availability
We can't guarantee your studio is available for you after your original checkout date. Ask as early as you can, the earlier we know, the better your odds of keeping the same studio.
If you've already shortened this booking
Extensions aren't available once you've used your one-time shortening. Fixed Stay bookings are fixed from the start. We allow some flexibility, one shortening, extensions based on availability, but not both on the same booking. Otherwise, a booking could be shortened and extended back and forth to chase a better rate, which defeats the point of a fixed contract.
If you decide later that you want more time in the same studio, you'd need to make a brand new booking, subject to availability. That new booking runs on current rates. It also counts toward the 360-night cap for that studio, so if your original stay already used up most of that limit, a new booking in the same studio may not be possible at all.
