Contacted Prospects Unexpectedly Showing Up in Task List

Nooks task lists are largely based on the logic set by your Sales Engagement Platform (SEP). You will want to ensure that you are:

  1. Setting the correct disposition to remove the task from your sequence.
    โ€‹

  2. The appropriate logic is configured in your SEP to remove the the Prospect from your Sequence when specific dispositions are selected.
