Follow the instructions below for your specific calendar application.
Google Calendar
Desktop
Open Google Calendar on your computer
In the top right, click the Settings gear icon
In the left column, select the Notch calendar you want to remove
Click "Remove calendar"
Click "Unsubscribe" to confirm
Mobile (iPhone & iPad)
Open the Google Calendar app
Tap the Menu (☰) in the top left
Tap "Settings"
Select the Notch calendar you want to unsubscribe from
Tap "Unsubscribe"
Mobile (Android)
Open the Google Calendar app
Tap the Menu (☰) in the top left
Find your Notch calendar in the list
Tap the colored box next to the calendar name to hide it, or use the three-dot menu for removal options

Microsoft Outlook
Web Version
Go to your Outlook Calendar in your web browser
In the side pane, find your Notch calendar
Select "More options" (...) next to the calendar name
Select "Remove" to delete the calendar subscription
Desktop Version
Open Outlook Calendar on your desktop
In the Folder Pane, right-click the Notch calendar name
Select "Delete Calendar"
Select "Yes" to confirm the deletion

Apple Calendar (iCloud)
iPhone & iPad
Open the Settings app
Tap "Calendar"
Tap "Accounts"
Scroll to "Subscribed Calendars" and tap it
Tap the Notch calendar you want to remove
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap "Delete Account" again to confirm
Mac
Open the Calendar app
In the calendar list on the left, find your Notch calendar
Right-click (or Control-click) on the calendar name
Select "Unsubscribe"
Click "Delete" to confirm
