When a game is generated the Notch systems will use the configured pay scales in the competitions configurations to prepopulate the game fees. However, from time to time you may need to deviate from these. Notch will allow you to change the officials fees up to the point of approval & payment of the games post game report.
To make the change first locate the game in your "Games" tab of your assignor dashboard like shown below.
Once you locate the game simply click on the record and you will be brought to the game details page -
From this page you can edit any of the officials fees by clicking the 3 dots to the left of the position record and selecting "Edit Fee"
After selecting "Edit Fee" a popup will appear prompting you to enter the new fee. Enter the new fee for the position and click "Save Changes".
The new fee will be displayed and when the game is paid out the official will receive the new amount instead of the preconfigured value.
