Game linking is a powerful tool for assigning officials to double-headers, multi-field events, or tournaments. By linking games you can copy the same official(s) assignments across multiple games without then need to individually assign each one.
Getting Started
Start by navigating to the 'Assign' page of your assignor dashboard. From the list locate the games you wish to link. As you locate the games click the checkbox next to each game record as shown -
Once you have selected the games you wish to link together click the blue "Link Games" button near the top of the page.
Once you click the button a popup window will appear like shown below.
This screen will allow you to select how assignments will be replicated across the linked games. Simply check the box next to the assignment pattern that works best for you and click "Link Games" to finish linking the games.
You can now being making assignments to the linked games. This can be done as you normally would do for an unlinked game. However, once you make an assignment to one game it will now duplicate that assignment to the other linked records based on your selected method.
