We're excited to share that Novoresume is rebuilding our platform with modern technology to improve your experience and prepare for the future of job searching.
To stay true to our vision—"Empower People to Achieve Fulfilling Careers"—we're launching a completely redesigned platform with enhanced performance and the new features you've been requesting over the past decade.
This article highlights the features currently available as we continue to refine the platform and prepare to launch even more exciting updates.

New Features You Can Use Now
1. Easier Premium Feature Removal (Free Plan)
For Basic (Free) users, we've made it simpler to download your documents. If Premium features are blocking your download, simply click on the items listed in the Download menu. You'll be taken directly to that feature where you can swap it from Premium to Basic.
2. Redesigned My Documents
Based on your feedback, we've completely redesigned My Documents to be more flexible:
Unified view: See all your documents together in one place
Default filters: Quickly switch between Resumes and Cover Letters views
Custom tags: Organise documents with personalised, colour-coded tags that you manage yourself
Improved filtering: Find documents instantly using your custom tag system
No more rigid data sets—your documents are now easier to organise and access. Learn more about My Documents here.
3. Doubled Document Storage
Premium users can now store 144 documents (up from 72)—giving you more space for multiple versions, languages, and job applications.
4. Streamlined Template Selection
When you click "+Add New" in My Documents, all templates now appear in a window within the editor—no more jumping between screens. Stay in your workflow and choose your template seamlessly.
5. Matching Cover Letters
Save time with our new "Matching Cover Letter" feature:
Create a cover letter that automatically matches your resume's template, colour theme, font, and font size
Auto-populated structure with helpful tips on what content to add and where
Access it directly from My Documents
No more redesigning everything from scratch!
6. Enhanced Resume/CV Builder
More pages: Increased page limit from 10 to 25 pages for longer CVs
Prefix & Suffix: Add titles, pronouns, or credentials next to your name (e.g., Dr., PhD, she/her). Learn more here.
Secondary phone number: Now available in the Contact section
Expanded social media options: More platforms to showcase your professional presence, plus improved hyperlink functionality. Read more here.
Custom margins & spacing: Fine-tune your layout to maximise page space
New fonts & sizes: One additional font size and several new font options
Flexible date formats: Display dates as "06/2012 - 03/2020" or "Jun 2012 - Mar 2020"
