What’s changing?


We’ve temporarily paused the ability to open new EUR accounts and issue new cards (both virtual and physical). These services weren’t consistently accessible to all users, and we believe everyone deserves the same high standard—no exceptions.


What stays the same?

  • If you already have a EUR account or card, you can continue using them as usual.

  • USD and GBP accounts remain available to open and use.


What if I was waiting for a EUR card or account?


If your EUR account or card was still pending:

  • Unfortunately, we won’t be able to proceed at this time.

  • If you paid for a card, you’ll be refunded automatically.

  • No action is needed—we’ll notify you when services resume.


What’s next?


We’re working on a better, more reliable EUR and card experience, which we expect to relaunch in around two months.

In the meantime, we’re prioritising:

  • Faster and more affordable international transfers

  • Quicker support response times, thanks to an expanded team
