What is changing?

We’ve removed Trust Level limits from your nsave account. This means you’ll no longer see any reference to trust levels, and there are no preset limits tied to them - just a smoother nsave experience.

When we might ask for more information

That said, our transactions team may still need extra information in certain cases. For example, if a payment or transfer requires additional review, we might ask for source of income documents or other supporting details.

This is not tied to a fixed threshold or pattern, but is assessed on a case-by-case basis to help us process your transaction smoothly and keep your account secure.
