Using nsave in Restricted Countries

Learn which countries are restricted and what it means if you're transacting, living in or traveling to one of them.

nsave is not available in certain countries due to legal and regulatory restrictions.

What this means for you:


  • If you live in a restricted country: You won’t be able to open an account with nsave.

  • If you're traveling to a restricted country: You won’t be able to access or use the nsave app while you’re there, even if your account was opened elsewhere.

  • If you're trying to send money to, or receive from a restricted country: Transactions will not be processed and will be returned.

Here is a list of restricted countries (subject to change):


  • Afghanistan

  • Belarus

  • Central African Republic

  • Cuba

  • Democratic Republic of the Congo

  • Eritrea

  • Iran

  • Iraq

  • Libya

  • Mali

  • Myanmar

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Somalia

  • South Sudan

  • Sudan

  • Ukraine

  • Venezuela

  • Yemen
