How to Open an nsave Business Account (Step-by-Step Guide)

Opening an nsave Business Account is simple and typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete.

Once submitted, your application is usually reviewed within 1–3 business days.


Before You Begin

Please have the following ready:

  • Business registration documents

  • Tax ID / VAT number

  • Shareholder and director details

  • Proof of business address (dated within the last 6 months)


Step 1: Get Started

  1. Go to nsave.com

  2. Click Business in the navigation menu

  3. Click Open an account

This will open the registration window to begin your application.


Step 2: Initial Registration

In the registration window:

  1. Select the country of incorporation (where your company is legally registered).

  2. Select your industry (choose the primary one if multiple apply).

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions.

  4. Click Continue.


Step 3: Pay the Onboarding Fee

A one-time $5 onboarding fee is required to process your application.

  • This fee covers verification costs and is non-refundable.

  • If your account is approved and you deposit more than $5,000, we will reimburse the $5 fee.


Step 4: Receive Your Onboarding Link

After payment, you’ll receive an onboarding link via email.

Step 5: Complete Your Business Onboarding

This is the most detailed step. Take your time and ensure all information matches your official documents.


Business Information

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Country of Incorporation

  • Legal Business Name

  • DBA / Trade Name (if applicable)

  • Company Registration Number

  • Tax ID / VAT Number

  • Company Website or Business Profile Link


Registered Address

Enter your official registered address exactly as it appears on your incorporation documents.

If your operational address differs, you will need to provide your principal place of business as well.


Business Overview

This section helps us understand how you’ll use your account.

You’ll provide:

  • Primary Contact Person (name, email, mobile, title)

  • Date of Incorporation

  • Legal Entity Type (Ltd, LLC, Sole Proprietorship, etc.)

  • Business Description (3–4 sentences)

  • Industry Selection

  • Group Structure (if applicable)

  • International Operations

  • Number of Employees

  • PEP Declaration

  • Sanctions Declaration

  • Reason for Opening Account

  • Primary Use of Account

  • Expected Annual Turnover

  • Source of Funds

  • Average Transaction Size

  • Monthly Transaction Volume

  • Cash Transaction Percentage

  • Countries of Operation

  • Financial Services Activity (if any)

  • Cryptocurrency Activity (if any)

💡 Be clear and specific — this helps avoid delays in review.


Business Leadership & Ownership (KYB Requirements)

To comply with regulations, we must verify who owns and controls the business.

You must list:

  • All shareholders owning 25% or more

  • All directors

  • Senior management

  • Any controlling persons

Each individual must:

  • Be assigned their role (Beneficial Owner, Controlling Person, Authorised Representative)

  • Receive and complete an email ID verification

📧 The application cannot proceed until all invited individuals complete verification.


Required Documents

Upload clear copies (PDF, JPG, or PNG) of:

  • Business Registration Document

  • Proof of Business Address (dated within 6 months)

  • Shareholder Register / Cap Table

  • Register of Directors

  • Articles of Incorporation / Association

⚠️ Make sure:

  • Documents are clear and readable

  • Names and addresses match your application

  • The address document is recent (within 6 months)


Business Contact Details

Provide:

  • Business mobile number

  • Business email address

Review all information carefully, then click Submit.


Step 6: Review & Approval

Once submitted:

  • Review time: 1–3 business days

  • You may be contacted for clarification

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email
