What documents are required to open a business account?

Here’s what we ask for during the onboarding process:

📁 Company documents

  • Certificate of incorporation

  • Shareholder registry

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association (or equivalent)

  • Company address document (e.g. lease, utility bill, or business registration)

👤 UBO & director documents

  • Government-issued ID (passport or national ID)

  • Proof of address (dated within 3 months)

  • Personal LinkedIn or other professional profile (optional but helpful)

🧾 Proof of business activity

  • Company website or landing page

  • Sample invoice or client contract

  • Pitch deck, LinkedIn page, or media coverage

  • Product screenshots or demo (if pre-launch)

In some cases, we may ask for additional information if required by our banking partners.
