How to get support in the nsave app

This article explains how support works at nsave, how to use chat, and how to contact support when you need a human agent

Updated over a week ago

Start with the Help Center (fastest option)

When you open support in the app, you’ll first see guided options and Help Center articles.

This is intentional:

  • Many common questions (cards, accounts, address changes, transfers) can be answered instantly

  • It helps you avoid waiting for live chat

  • Articles are continuously updated based on real issues

💡 Tip: Searching keywords like card, account, address, change, or delete usually brings up the right article immediately.

When will chat or live chat appear?

If the Help Center doesn’t solve your issue, chat will appear automatically.

You’ll see the option to message us when:

  • Your question needs investigation

  • Your issue involves a transfer, payment, or account

  • Something doesn’t look right after following the article steps

Please click on this video for guidance:

You don’t need to unlock chat manually, it shows up when it’s needed.

How to contact support directly

You can always reach us in one of these ways:

Both go to the same support team.

Why is support set up this way?

This setup helps us:

  • Answer simple questions faster

  • Reduce wait times for live chat

  • Prioritize urgent issues like payments or account access

It’s designed to improve response times, not to block support.

Common searches (and where to find them)

If you’re searching for:

  • Chat / live chat / support / contact → Start in the app, chat appears when needed

  • Card issues → Search “card” in the Help Center

  • Address change → Search “address”

  • Account changes or deletion → Search “account” or “delete”

If you still don’t find what you need, chat will be available.

Still need help?

If your issue is unresolved or urgent, please message us in the app or email support@nsave.com and we’ll help move it forward.
