Why did my transfer to my Invest account fail?

Find out why your USD to Invest account transfer failed due to the $5,000 limit, and learn how to easily fix it by splitting larger amounts into smaller transfers.

Have you recently tried moving funds from your USD account to your Invest account, only to see the transfer fail? Don't worry, your funds are completely safe! This usually happens due to our standard single-transfer limits.

Understanding the Transfer Limit

To ensure secure and smooth processing, we have a cap on how much can be moved in a single transaction:

  • The Limit: Each individual transfer from your USD account to your Invest account must be strictly less than $5,000.

How to Fix It (Step-by-Step)

You can absolutely still transfer your desired total. You simply need to break the large amount down into multiple, smaller transfers.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Go back to the transfer screen.

  2. Enter an amount that is under $5,000 (e.g., $4,999).

  3. Confirm and complete that transfer.

  4. Repeat the process until your total desired amount has been fully transferred to your Invest account.

💡 Quick Example:

If you want to transfer $12,000, you cannot do it in one go. Instead, you can make two transfers of $4,999, and one final transfer of $2,002.
