Use the broker blacklist

Mark brokers you don't want to work with. Blacklisted brokers are flagged on every DAT search so your team avoids them.

What the blacklist does

The broker blacklist is a shared list of brokers your team has decided not to work with. Numeo Spot (formerly LoadOps) flags blacklisted brokers on every DAT search so anyone using your account sees the warning before booking.

Add a broker

  1. In DAT, open the load or row for the broker you want to blacklist.

  2. From the broker actions menu, choose Add to blacklist.

  3. The broker is added immediately and flagged across every DAT search your team runs.

Manage your list

  1. Open the Numeo Spot side panel and go to Settings → Blacklist.

  2. Review brokers by MC number and company name.

  3. Remove a broker to unflag them across the team.

Notes

  • The blacklist is shared at the company level — anyone signed in to your Numeo Spot account sees the same flags.

  • Blacklisting doesn't block emails or calls; it warns you visually so you can decide.

  • If you blacklist by mistake, you can remove the entry from Settings → Blacklist.
