How to manage your team settings to secure your company and customer data.

Roles and Permissions in Nuvo help you securely manage your company and customer data. Assigning the correct roles and permissions for your team ensures that users only have access to the data and permissions required to do their job.

Nuvo has three permission levels:

Administrator users have full control over your company’s Nuvo account. That means any role that is an admin can:

  • Add and manage users (includes setting roles and permissions)

  • Update any and all company settings and configurations

  • View all customer data

  • Set terms or reject customers

  • Assign sales reps & application reviewers

Nonadmin users have view access to all customers and settings. That means any role that is a nonadmin can:

  • View all users

  • View any and all company settings and configurations

  • View all customer data

  • Assign sales reps & application reviewers

Sales users have limited view access to customers as determined by their sales role.

  • Sales Managers can:

    • View all users, and invite other sales team members

    • View all customers’ profile, relationship, and history tabs only

    • Assign sales reps

  • Sales Representatives can:

    • View all users

    • View only their assigned customers’ profile, relationship, and history tabs
