Selecting Your Company Role

Understanding the appropriate company role to select

When you begin the credit application process, you will first create an account and select your company role. You will be able to choose either 'Owner, Officer 'Signatory,' or 'Staff’

If you find that neither of the options exactly fits your role, please choose the one that most closely aligns with your company role.

If you have the authority within your organization to sign and submit the credit application, you'll want to choose the 'Owner, Officer, Signatory' option.

After selecting a role, you'll need to provide additional details about yourself to start the credit application process.

Please note: If you hold a position as an owner, officer, or signatory, we will request some personal information for the purpose of business verification. Rest assured, your information is kept completely secure, and your credit will remain unaffected.
