Setting Up a Default Hiring Flow:

As an administrator, you can set up a default hiring flow under your Settings. This will apply to all of your jobs, though you still have the option to customize the hiring flow when editing or posting a new job.

To set up a default hiring flow:

  1. Go to Settings > Hiring Flow.

  2. You’ll see the current steps in your hiring flow. You can arrange the desired steps in the order you want them.

  3. To add extra steps, click the + icon.

  4. To add custom steps, click + Add Custom Step.

  5. To remove unnecessary steps, simply click the trash icon next to the step you want to remove.

Once you’ve set up your default hiring flow, it will be automatically applied to all new jobs, and you can still make adjustments as needed when editing or posting a specific job.

To customize the hiring flow at each job:

Once editing or posting the job you will be guided to the Configure hiring flow stage.

You can also click on the left-hand side menu, navigate to "Hiring Flow" and select "Configuring Hiring Flow.

During the Hiring Flow stage, you can add extra steps or use the bin icon to remove unnecessary steps from the default flow.

Once you are satisfied, save your customized flow to apply it effectively.
