Customizing Your Hiring Flow at each job posting:

As a Hiring Manager, you can customize the hiring flow when posting a role.

In the left-hand side menu, navigate to "Hiring Flow" and select "Configuring Hiring Flow.

During the Hiring Flow stage, you can add extra steps or use the bin icon to remove unnecessary steps from the default flow.

Once you are satisfied, save your customized flow to apply it effectively.
