Approving Job Requisitions in Occupop (for Non-Users)

If you've been asked to approve a job requisition in Occupop but you're not a user within the system, don’t worry — you can still complete your approval easily.

How it works:

  1. Email Notification
    You’ll receive an email from Occupop with the subject line indicating a job requisition approval request. This email contains all the essential details of the requisition — such as the job title, department, budget, and justification — so you can make an informed decision.

  1. Review & Respond
    Inside the email, you’ll see two buttons:
    Approve
    Reject
    Simply click the appropriate button based on your decision.

No Login Needed
As an approver outside of Occupop, you do not need an account or login details. Everything is handled directly through the email link.

What Happens Next?

Once you’ve approved or rejected the requisition:

  • The hiring team is notified instantly.

  • Your response is recorded in the system for transparency and auditing.

  • If you reject the requisition, the team may reach out to discuss any changes or concerns you’ve raised.
