Whether you sit beside your colleagues or you are dispersed across several locations, the hiring manager review feature means you can share candidate profiles with your colleagues no matter where they are. Fully mobile optimised to suit teams that don’t always have access to a desktop.
How does it work:
You can access this feature from the candidate list within a job or from within a candidate profile.
From the candidate list:
Select the CVs you want to send for review
Click the drop down menu
Select 'Hiring Manager Review'
Choose from an existing user or add in the email address of a non user to send CVs externally
Hiring manager will receive an email with a mobile friendly view link where they can view CV and give a thumbs up or down.
From the candidate profile:
Select the candidate profile
Select 'Hiring Manager Review' on the left side of the page, under the candidate name.
