This functionality empowers organizations to gather valuable insights into diversity and inclusion perspectives during the hiring process. With a focus on providing a comprehensive solution, we have incorporated features such as predefined question sets for Northern Ireland (ECNI) and the USA (EEO, OFCCP), custom question creation, anonymous statistics recording, and candidate visibility. πŸš€

Key Features

1. Predefined Question Sets (Available for Customers on all plans)

Occupop now offers predefined question sets tailored to comply with diversity and inclusion regulations in Northern Ireland (ECNI) and the USA (EEO, OFCCP). Users can effortlessly enable these sets to ensure adherence to regional standards while promoting inclusivity in their hiring processes. πŸŒπŸ“

2. Custom Question Creation (Available for Customers on the Scale and Custom plans)

Tailor DEI questionnaires to meet the specific needs of your organization. Users can create custom question sets aligned with their values, ensuring that the questions are relevant to the roles to which they are assigned.

3. Candidate Visibility and Participation

Plan Availability

The DEI feature set is available across all plans (custom questions available only for Scale and Customs plans), catering to the diverse needs of our users:

Compliance:

All plans will be able to choose from DEI question groups already created depending on their location ( EEO / OFCCP / ECNI ) To enable it follow the below steps:

1. **Log into Occupop**

2. Navigate to Settings β†’ Company Settings.

3. Select the desired DEI group of questions to enable this account

Creating a group of Custom DEI Questions (only available for Scale plan)

Unlock the potential of custom questions! --> If you're on the Build or Grow plan and would like to try it, reach out via the chat bubble or get in touch with your dedicated Customer Success Specialist.

1. **Log into Occupop**

2. Navigate to Templates β†’ Diversity questions

3. Click on New group and give your group of questions a name

4. Add questions types by toggling on your preferred question ( you can also view the responses of those questions on the eye icon)

6.Save the questions once you are done.

Enable the Use of DEI Questions

1. **Log into Occupop**

2. Navigate to Settings β†’ Company Settings.

3. Select the desired DEI group of questions to enable this account. Multiple question sets can be enabled, but only one can be set to a candidate.

Add DEI Question Set to Job

1. **Log into Occupop**

2. Go to Manage Jobs.

3. Create a new job or edit an existing one.

4. Under "Application Form" β†’ "Equality Monitoring," select the set of questions: β€œECNI Questions” / β€œNone.”

5. Post the Job. πŸ“πŸš€

Apply for a Job and Answer the Questions

1. Go to a job link (direct link or Careers page).

2. Apply for a job as usual.

3. If DEI questions are enabled, a new page will be displayed: "Go To Survey."

4. Fill out the questions and click submit.

5. The DEI questions will be submitted along with the application. πŸŒπŸ“¬

Check Candidate DEI Question Completion and Send Follow-Up Questionnaire

1. **Log into Occupop**

2. Go to Manage Jobs.

3. Select an individual job.

4. Select a single candidate.

5. Under the candidate's 'Questions' tab, find "Diversity Questions."

6. Check if the candidate has completed the DEI questions ("Completed: no").

7. If the answer is 'No,' you can email the candidate the set of questions. πŸ“§πŸ‘€

View Statistics about the Questions

1. **Log into Occupop**

2. Navigate to Reports β†’ Diversity.

3. Different reports may be generated to provide valuable statistics about the DEI questions. πŸ“ŠπŸ“ˆ
