As an administrator, you can manage your company settings on Occupop. To do this, click on Settings -> Company Settings.
In the Data Retention Settings section, you can manage how long CVs are kept on Occupop. You can turn this feature off, in which case the CVs won’t be deleted from the system, or you can set a retention period from 3 months up to 2 years.
You can toggle the option to Opt out of AI CV scoring for all current job processes. With this feature turned off, CVs won’t be scored by AI.
You can also manage opt-ins for both current and future job processes. These options and information will then be presented to candidates on the application page.
Candidates who don’t opt in for future job processes will have their data deleted 30 days after the role they applied for is closed or marked as filled.
Bear in mind that if you have more than one brand added to Occupop, you need to manage the company settings for each brand individually. You can do this easily by selecting the correct brand from the drop-down list:

You can enable options for demographic questions on job applications to support your efforts as an Equal Opportunity Employer. All question sets feed directly into the diversity reporting tool.

In the next section, you can manage your SMS settings. Use this setting if you wish to send SMS reminders to candidates.
First, you need to set up a sender ID. Please note that once the sender ID is set, it cannot be changed.

In the Permissions settings, you can manage rejection settings.
If this feature is turned on, it will be mandatory to provide a reason when rejecting a candidate.
