You can move a physical format (vinyl, CD, etc.) from one product to another. This is useful if you have created duplicate products in error or have digital formats on a second product that you now want to merge.

Format > Actions > Move

Select a destination product to move the format to. Search for an existing product by title.

You can move multiple formats at once by selecting multiple formats from the product page format listing, or from the main product formats listing. This can be done after filtering the formats list to match specific criteria.

Note

Digital formats are not able to be moved in this way as there is associated digital asset information set on the product level.
