Sales Policy For Stores

When providing a fully managed service, Bleep applies its own Sales Policy to the running of the store. This puts the customer first to ensure a high level of customer retention.

Bleep will, as necessary, make calls on your behalf on whether an order needs to be cancelled, resent, or refunded and also regarding compensation to customers. Compensation to customers will never exceed the value of any order placed.

Compensation can include:

  • Refunds on postage

  • Upgrades of postage service

  • Partial or full refunds for goods sold

  • Resending of goods damaged in the post
