When a store is set to 'invite-only' you will need to invite any new users to create a frontend store account. This is different to the admin account login details used to access the Ochre platform.

This can be done by navigating to Customers>Action>Invite New Customer. An email invitation will be sent to create an account which can then be used to view the password protected site.
