How to Upload and Label Your Media

Upload before midnight on the day of the session. After that, the Project is automatically blocked, and you can no longer add media.

Upload your media

  1. Go to your Project page → tap "Upload Media"

  2. Upload each visual in the correct zone — if your Project has multiple types (Single Dish, Dish Composition…), separate zones appear for each

  3. Drag and drop your files or browse from your device — no need to rename files before uploading

Check the counter on the right: it shows how many visuals are expected vs. uploaded.

Label every image

A label = the exact menu name of what's in the image.

  • ✅ "Pad Thai" · "Margherita Pizza" · "Avocado Rolls"

  • ❌ "IMG_001" · "Dish 1" · random descriptions

You can't confirm your upload until every required image has a label. Incorrect labels delay validation.

Hero Shot

The Hero Shot is the main visual of the Project — the leading image used on food delivery platforms. It's counted separately from standard dish images (e.g. 7 dish photos + 1 Hero Shot).

It must be clean, well-composed, and clearly highlight the main subject.

Check your brief to confirm what it should represent.

Missing images

If you can't upload the full set → leave a detailed comment explaining how many media were taken in the end, why, and include the name and contact of the person who refused additional photos if applicable.

Submissions without explanation are flagged by the Quality Team.
