Upload your media
Go to your Project page → tap "Upload Media"
Upload each visual in the correct zone — if your Project has multiple types (Single Dish, Dish Composition…), separate zones appear for each
Drag and drop your files or browse from your device — no need to rename files before uploading
Check the counter on the right: it shows how many visuals are expected vs. uploaded.
Label every image
A label = the exact menu name of what's in the image.
✅ "Pad Thai" · "Margherita Pizza" · "Avocado Rolls"
❌ "IMG_001" · "Dish 1" · random descriptions
You can't confirm your upload until every required image has a label. Incorrect labels delay validation.
Hero Shot
The Hero Shot is the main visual of the Project — the leading image used on food delivery platforms. It's counted separately from standard dish images (e.g. 7 dish photos + 1 Hero Shot).
It must be clean, well-composed, and clearly highlight the main subject.
Check your brief to confirm what it should represent.
Missing images
If you can't upload the full set → leave a detailed comment explaining how many media were taken in the end, why, and include the name and contact of the person who refused additional photos if applicable. When fewer photos are available, ensure you upload only valid files and avoid duplicates to maintain the integrity of the media upload process. Include the following details in your comment:
The full name and phone number of the on-site contact who confirmed that no additional photos were needed.
A brief explanation of why the photos or dishes are missing.
The total time spent on-site, if applicable.
Submissions without explanation are flagged by the Quality Team. If the comment section is locked, you can unlock it by re-uploading a single photo, even if it is a duplicate. Once unlocked, submit your explanation as outlined above. The project will remain in a pending state until the required explanation is provided.
