⚠️ Starting June 29, this applies to all US projects for which media has not yet been uploaded. If you already submitted via the Google Form before June 29, no action is needed.
Finding Photo+Video Projects on the map
Photo+Video Projects are visually marked with a 🎬 Photo + Video badge on the map, in your project list, and on the project page.
Use the new media type filter on the Browse page to narrow results:
📷 Photo - photo-only projects
🎬 Video - Photo+Video projects
Both selected - all projects
Preparing your files
Before uploading, make sure your files meet these requirements.
Product type | Accepted formats | Max size per file |
📷 Photo | .jpeg, .jpg | 19 MB |
🎬 Video | .mp4, .mov | 1 GB |
For full guidelines, see the DoorDash Unified Photo + Video Guideline.
Uploading your files
The upload page shows separate zones for photos and videos. Each zone accepts only the correct file type.
Open the Project and go to the upload page.
Find the video upload zone - labeled 🎬 with the product name (e.g., "Single Dish Video").
Drop your .mp4 or .mov files into the zone, or click to browse.
Upload your photos in the photo zones as usual. If you've already uploaded your photos but not your videos, upload the videos directly in the platform — do not go back to the Google Form.
Check the upload summary at the bottom - it shows counts separately (e.g., "Photo upload: 7/10 · Video upload: 5/6").
Once complete, confirm your upload.
What not to do
Do not submit videos via the Google Form - it is no longer monitored for new submissions.
Do not upload photo files to a video zone, or video files to a photo zone - the platform will reject the file and show an error.
Do not upload files over 1 GB - the platform will reject them before the upload starts.
What stays the same
Photo-only projects are unaffected.
