Show up on time, prepared
Follow the Project guidelines before arriving on site
Communicate early if an issue comes up — don't wait until the last minute
Respect on-site contacts and brand standards
Deliver complete, compliant content before the deadline
What hurts your standing
Accepting Projects when unsure about availability
Rescheduling or dropping Projects repeatedly
Ignoring scheduling messages or delaying confirmations
Uploading incomplete or non-compliant media
Missing deadlines without prior notice
Rescheduling and unassigning should remain exceptional. Frequent use triggers an internal review.
Serious violations
Misconduct leads to suspension or permanent removal. This includes submitting media not taken at the location, uploading non-authentic content, or providing false information. All incidents are reviewed individually.
