Read it before calling the Merchant and before going on-site.
Anything unclear → contact Ocus Support before the session.
Send the Landing Page
The Landing Page centralises all project details for the Merchant in one place.
From the Project page → tap "Send landing page" → an email and SMS are sent automatically to the Merchant.
Send it as early as possible — ideally right after your first call. Resend it if the date changes or access details need updating.
From the Landing Page, the Merchant can:
Confirm or reschedule the session
Update location and access instructions
Update contact details
Validate the shooting checklist (dishes, timing, access)
Before you go on-site, confirm
✓ Date and time confirmed with the Merchant
✓ Access instructions are clear
✓ Items to photograph verified
✓ Merchant has acknowledged the session
Don't arrive without these confirmed.
Missing any of them = risk of no-show, Merchant refusal, or cancellation — all of which impact your rating.
