2-Factor Authentication (or 2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Offramp account by requiring both your password and a second verification step. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

Here are the steps to enable it on your account:

  1. On the main Offramp screen, click Settings, and then click 2FA.

  2. On the next screen, click the Enable 2FA button.

  3. A pop-up screen will appear with a QR code. Scan this QR code using your authenticator app. Once registered to your authenticator app, enter your 6-digit code on the space provided.

  4. Once the correct 6-digit code is entered, a notification will pop up notifying you that 2FA was enabled successfully.

If you need to disable your 2FA for various reasons (e.g. changing your authenticator device), you may disable your 2FA by clicking the Enable 2FA again and entering your 6-digit code.
