Supplements
Personalized orders are variable, depending on which supplements and their servings sizes.
Curated pack prices will be visible as a daily cost or price per pouch. To find a curated packs daily cost in the client portal, navigate to Products >>> My packs. That daily cost would be multiplied x30 to get the entire order's supplement cost.
For example if the daily / per pouch cost was $.80, the total 30 pouch orders pill price would be $24 dollars.
Fulfilment fee
Your Fulfillment fee can be found in the brand page of the portal under the Fees dropdown menu.
Startup tier clients have a $21 dollar fulfilment fee that includes all packaging and shipping materials. At higher tiers, this fee is lowered. You can view more about the tiers in the client portal's Knowledge Base or on the OK Capsule Website.
Shipping fee
The shipping fee is variable with the chosen service and can be viewed on the rate card in the client portal's Knowledge Base. Shipping carriers and types can be changed in the client portal by navigating to Products>>Brands and choosing another option from the dropdown menu.
