Generic PAG Designs

Startup Tier PAG Limitations and how to sell with one design

Written by William Oliver

At this time, Startup tier clients are limited to a single PAG that will be applied to all ordered packs.

This packaging should be aesthetically distinct to your brand. If you are selling multiple pack types we recommended keeping the product designs generic in purpose (not calling out specific uses or supplements). Keeping this design generic will ensure that all curated or personalized packs will remain within FDA compliance.

For example:

  • We cannot ship a Sleep Pack order that will have labels or pamphlet designs specific to a Heart Health Pack.

  • Labeling that calls out specific supplements is limiting because the order must contain them.

    • An order contains 10B probiotic, Ashwagandha and Choline. The PAG applied has a pamphlet page referencing Magnesium and Quercetin as contents. This order cannot be shipped this way.

Each pamphlet is filled with the FDA required Supplement Fact Panels (SFP) for each supplement contained in the order. This information is dynamic and get pulled from the order data by our system. Beyond the supplements themselves. further distinction of the pack will come from the dynamic pack name printed on the supplement pouches. The dynamic pack name can also be added to the pamphlet pages if you choose to add that to your design.

More PAGs and packaging designs can be unlocked as you reach higher sales tiers.
