Startup -
As a client in the startup tier you are limited to one 30 pouch design (small label, large label and pamphlet) that will be applied to all orders. Once you reach Professional (or close and clearly trending up) more design options become available.
Professional and Enterprise-
60 pouch order designs become available. This design also allows for the use of multiple Time of Administrations (ToA's). Please reach out via a support case to receive the 60 pouch label requirements, as they differ from the standard 30 pouch option. The pamphlet dimensions will remain the same.
Custom packet / pouch design option becomes available which allows for the application of logos and custom text. All custom designs must be tested and approved by our Quality and Operations teams.
Custom printed dispenser and shipping options become available. Please reach out via a support case for more information.
It is on our roadmap in 2026 to expand the amount of designs a startup tier client can create, as well as adding dynamic printing on labels such as the pack names, but it is not available at this time.
